CVMA Forms and Rules
Membership:
Download, print, fill out and sign the Membership Application, General Waiver, Medical Release and Flag Forms. Download and print the Fee Form, circle all applicable fees, total them up, write a check for that amount to the Chuckwalla Valley Motorcycle Association and mail in all forms.
Download, print and memorize the Rulebook – ignorance of its provisions does not excuse violations.
Already hold a membership elsewhere?
Racing with the CVMA could not be easier. If you are a licensed Expert-level motorcycle road racer, you merely have to fill in the section on the Membership Application that indicates where you have raced in the past. That will qualify you for Expert status with CVMA.
If you are a Novice or Amateur racer with another club, simply note on your application form where you are licensed, and you will qualify as an Amateur with CVMA.
Never been licensed to race before - New Racer?
If you have never raced before, you will be required to attend and pass a certified race instruction school like the New Racer School at TrackDaz. If you are starting out, contact us to see if the school you have attended or plan to attend meets CVMA requirements.
Equipment requirements can be found in the rulebook.
Medical insurance is a requirement before racing with CVMA.

If you are not using online registration, download and print the Entry Form and Fee Form. Fill out both. Total up the amount due, write a check for that amount to the Chuckwalla Valley Motorcycle Association and mail in the forms.
